this album is a chain of studio and field-recordings. some sounds were first recorded at the swimming-pool and later processed in studio, when the others were first recorded in the studio, then played loud at the swimming-pool and recorded in natural surroundings again. and again and again, sometimes for few times this way, back and forth and so on. some parts were first recorded not at the swimming-pool, but in the school, on the street, at Steven’s house, or else, catching close or distant sounds. planes, trains, nights, insects, sun, water etc were all important and in the game. i left the birds untouched, like they left me. visible. audible.
