In the short story “The Great China Wall” Kafka tells that this colossal work has been accomplished through the piecemeal system, exactly the same technique used by SANdBLASTING to produce “El Paso Sound-Wall”: a 100% synthetic impro of post-industrial drones assassinated by sonic brutisme stabs that reveal a solid experience in the live-act field. Then, as in a patchwork, the sounds of the impro become literally “raw material” to build 5 others power-electronics assaults (chiNOISErie) characterized by an original research on sound’s grain and by a pernickety structural organization – noisician as oriental porcelains craftsman.
