“January 18, 2020 at our then called STAALPLAAT shop, Berlin, Germany, the N.S.K. State Reserve issued this Temporary, Zero-Principal, Zero-Coupon Bond in an edition of ten (10) signed and validated mixed-technique prints on a red 1953 I.G. Farbenindustrie dissolution substrate. Ownership of this certificate does NOT entitle the bearer to N.S.K. State currency disbursements from the issue date until the maturity date of October 2, 2020, however the Reserve as issuing entity may incentivize procurement by distributing State currency at its own discretion to the purchaser upon acquisition. Upon reaching maturity, zero principal will be paid and this Bond shall expire.
