SGP is a rough rock band. The members are Gabry de W. (guitar/vocals), Stijn D. (bass, backing vocals) and JP den H. (drums). SGP began in 1996 after D. posted a note on the wall of Amsterdam’s famous Distortion Records in which he let the world know he was looking for a band. Den H. en De W. gave him a call and SGP was born. In 1997 Larz helped them to conceive a tape, followed by a 7″ on Narrominded in January 2001. These two songs were taken from SGP’s recording session at the Koeienverhuurbedrijf in Purmerend, The Netherlands. The Elite is about three friends who take a hooker with them from the city. They bring her to a treehouse.
