“Open Eye Duo is a collaboration between two friends : Pascal Nichols and Dave Birchall.
Dave runs Black and White Cat Press and has played in Stuckometer/Kalbakken/My Beautiful Ridiculous Plan.
Pascal got a stream of stunning releases out on Rayon Records and has played in Stuckometer, Chora, On Fire and A Band.
They did this recording in Pascal’s flat on his birthday! using a floor tom, a guitar and found objects.
It was fun! It sounds fun!
Just amazing clickety-clacks, knockety-knocks & wheezing frenzies to make you wanna wash the dishes or clean the entire house (inside and outside).”
